V400G Plus wire-cut EDM machine with X/Y travel 400 x 300 mm, U/V 80 x 80 mm and Z travel 220 mm (submerged height 210 mm). 5-axis AC servo control, wire diameter support 0.15–0.3 mm, designed for submerged and continuous unmanned operation.

Overview
The V400G Plus is part of the G Plus Series. It provides high-precision wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) with intelligent machining modes, automatic wire threading (AWT) and energy-efficient operation. The machine improves corner control, reduces wire marks and enhances surface finish for demanding toolroom and production applications.
