Automatic Wire Threading

• Continuous unmanned day/night operation with automatic threading at ideal break points.

• Submerged threading allows threading during submerged machining without draining tank.
• Multi-hole machining: system skips and records failed rethread holes for later recall.
• Water-jet assisted threading for tall workpieces or submerged machining.
• Typical cycle examples: annealing and cutting ~10 s; threading ~10 s (workpiece thickness 100 mm). Threading under water at break point supported for large thickness (example: 800 mm).
