Automatic Wire Threading
  • Continuous unmanned day/night operation with ideal break-point automatic wire threading

  • Submerged wire threading: threading can be executed during submerged machining without draining or refilling the work tank
  • Multi-hole machining function: if rethreading fails at a hole the system can skip and continue; skipped holes are recorded and recalled later
  • Threading with water jet: water jet can be used to enhance threading for tall workpieces or submerged machining
