The NP500L CE is a submerged-type wire EDM (electro-discharge machining) designed for precision contour cutting of metal components with user-friendly operation and TUV CE conformity.

On-line measurement & Automation

• On-line measurement and calibration before machining to reduce setup time; automatic reference point calibration via macro commands.
• Multi-workpiece machining: automatic 3D flatness and parallelism compensation (AR), auto reference point measurement, AWT and automatic continuation to next workpiece.
• Automatic measurement functions: inclination measurement, AR correction, reference point calibration, on-table post-process measurement to avoid remount errors; exportable measurement reports.
