• lightPos: LED vacuum pod positioning system with over 6000 LEDs for fast, visual and precise placement of vacuum pods/consoles; visualizes suction cup size, position, orientation and workpiece dimensions.
• autoPos: automatic console and vacuum pod positioning with independently controlled motors for X-axis console movement and automatic Y-axis pod/clamp positioning; includes integrated cleaning/blow-off device; supports up to 6 vacuum pods per console or 2 frame clamps and repositioning during pendulum operation (depending on configuration).
• Panel activation / Console deactivation: compressed-air controlled frame clamp compatibility; individual console deactivation enables waste removal without releasing vacuum, maintaining exact workpiece positioning for subsequent operations.
• Positioning display: simultaneous display of workpiece, supports and vacuum pads on the CNC board to avoid collisions; exact vacuum pod positions indicated by laser; lightPos available as an extension.
