The FORMAT4 profit H200R is a universal CNC machining centre designed for efficient series production and bespoke solid wood components (doors, windows, stair parts, furniture). Its reengineered steel-ribbed chassis provides high rigidity and dynamic performance. All-in-one CNC software combining F4Toolbox (tool library), CAM with integrated CAD (F4Create) and machine operation (F4Operate) in a single, consistent interface. Based on G-code for straightforward integration into existing production workflows.

lightPos
Visual positioning system with more than 6,000 LEDs indicating vacuum pod size, position and orientation. RGB LEDs on the X-axis indicate processing status; LEDs along X and Y axes visualise part position and dimensions to reduce setup time.

Rows of stops
The H200R features rear and centre fence rows with solid cylinder stops for flexible referencing of small to large workpieces.

Maintenance opening
The hood opens easily to provide quick access for tool changes and routine maintenance.

Frame processing
Compressed-air frame clamping devices deliver higher clamping forces; compressed air connections are located on the console bottom.
