The c-express 920 classic is a compact CNC drilling and milling centre designed for smaller workshops, offering efficient repeat drilling and simple milling with a favourable price/performance ratio. Repeat programs can be loaded quickly to enable CNC cabinet and panel processing in limited spaces.

The CNC drilling and routing head
The c-express 920 classic is equipped as standard with a DH17 8H 1S drilling head.

Shaper spindle
Optional milling (shaper) aggregate with ER32 chuck; tooling clamped with ER32 and changed manually. Suitable for routing cutouts, pockets, grooves and rebates.

Shaping / Milling unit
The milling unit enables 3-sided reference cuts and internal milling operations; the workpiece must be positioned at right angles to the machine.

Workpiece transport
Horizontal transport system ensures smooth feed and accurate positioning of workpieces up to 30 kg. Side fence adjustable up to 920 mm; support and guidance from both sides deliver high precision.

Measuring technology
Laser and encoder measuring system guarantee precise length measurement — essential for cabinet connections and avoiding panel overhangs.
