The FORMAT4 profit H100 is a nesting CNC machining centre for panel cutting, drilling and milling designed for modern carpentry and joinery workshops. It performs complete custom-made furniture production — all holes, grooves and connections — in a single operation. Nesting technology maximizes material and time savings. The machine is extendable to full automation with various loading and unloading solutions to reach high productivity.

Features include integrated SMART ZONING vacuum management, advanced automation options, high-performance drill heads, recessed fence rows for unrestricted spindle use and a large Z passage of 200 mm for flexible machining of tall workpieces. Standard and optional tool changers plus pick-up space for a large saw blade provide up to 35 tool positions. Automatic pre-labelling on the loading table reduces errors and shortens processing times.

Spindle options: motor power 10, 12 or 15 kW (series dependent) with speeds up to 24,000 rpm; inverter-controlled; direct attachment to drilling head support in Z axis; dual linear guides and ground ball screws for precise vertical positioning; automatic HSK F63 tool clamping with sensor check and pneumatic tool holder cleaning. Optional C-axis as fourth interpolating axis (360°) with compressed air interface.
