Description

Overview
  • The Nova Ultra ESD Workstation is a fully equipped industrial workstation designed for ESD-protected areas, electronics assembly and precision tasks. The Ultra configuration includes an adjustable shelf, perforated back panel, lockable drawer module, container rail, power strip and LED lighting.


Construction and Durability
  • Steel frame: 40×40 mm H-frame profiles for structural stability and a uniform load capacity of up to 300 kg.
  • Fully supported worktop: Reinforced support around the frame for stable use under heavy or concentrated loads.
  • Perforated back panel: Reinforces the structure, supports tool organization and acts as a cable-management channel.


Height Adjustment and Stability
  • Height adjustment: Smooth manual range from 680 to 1130 mm for seated and standing work.
  • Leveling feet: Compensate floor irregularities up to 30 mm to maintain stability.
  • Anthracite leg finish: Practical finish that reduces visible soiling for a consistent professional appearance.

  • Antistatic powder coating on metal parts: Provides ESD protection and durable surface treatment.
  • FSC-certified worktop: 25 mm laminated particleboard with melamine surface, resistant to dirt and easy to clean.

    • Luminous flux: 3822 lm (1226 lx) for widths up to 1600 mm.
    • Luminous flux: 4778 lm (1533 lx) for widths from 1800 mm.
  • Perforated back panel: UE-compliant grid, height 300 mm.
  • Container rail: Load capacity 10 kg, compatible with hanging storage bins.
  • Lockable drawer module: Standard 2-drawer unit (optional 1 or 3); single drawer 336 × 491 × 91 mm; total drawer unit capacity 40 kg.
