Description

Overview
  • Nova Flex ESD is a complete ergonomically designed workstation for ESD-protected areas, electronics assembly and laboratories, combining stable steel H-frame construction with ESD-safe surfaces and modular accessories.


Construction and ESD protection
  • ESD-dissipative worktop compliant with IEC 61340-5-1 to protect sensitive components from electrostatic discharge.
  • 40×40 mm steel H-frame with powder-coated finish and rated load capacity up to 300 kg (evenly distributed).
  • Manual height adjustment range 680–1130 mm to support seated and standing work.
  • Adjustable leveling feet to compensate uneven floors up to 30 mm.


Standard equipment
  • Shelves: one full-length and two half-length shelves, standard depth 300 mm (optional 400 mm), adjustable tilt 0°/10°/15°, 15 kg per shelf.
  • Power strip: half-length with 7 Type E sockets, main switch and surge protection; ESD version available.
  • LED lighting: micro-prismatic, 5000 K; luminous flux approx. 3822 lm for widths up to 1600 mm or 4778 lm for wider models.
  • Lockable drawer module: standard 2 drawers (options 1 or 3), drawer dimensions 336×491×91 mm; total drawer load 40 kg.
  • Perforated rear panel: EU grid format, height 300 mm for tool and accessory organization.
  • Container rail: half-length, 10 kg load capacity for hanging storage bins.


Materials and finish
  • Worktop: 25 mm laminated particleboard with conductive melamine surface, ESD-dissipative, durable and easy to clean.
  • Frame: powder-coated steel, corrosion-resistant. Available finishes: RAL 7035 light grey, RAL 7016 anthracite or MIX 7035/7016.
