The Fuji Electric ZMV Microventuri flowmeter is designed for continuous measurement of flue gas flow, pressure and temperature. Built for harsh industrial environments, it is especially well suited to applications with high dust loads and demanding operating conditions.

• Continuous measurement of flow, differential pressure, static pressure and flue gas temperature
• Measurement principle based on Microventuri, differential pressure and Pt100 sensor
• Flow range up to 1,000,000 m3/h
• Process temperature from 0 to 300 °C
• Differential pressure from 0 to 10 mbar
• Static pressure from 800 to 1200 mbar
• Ambient operating temperature from -20 to +50 °C
• Recommended minimum flow velocity: 3 m/s
• Three 4-20 mA analog outputs
• Available options: Fuji Electric touch interface, standardized flow calculation, alarm outputs, Modbus communication, automatic back purging
• Power supply available in 110 Vac, 230 Vac or 24 Vdc

APPLICATIONS
The ZMV Microventuri flowmeter is particularly suitable for environmental monitoring, including combustion plants, incineration, district heating and continuous atmospheric emissions measurement.
