Overview
Galvatherm® foot-mounted flat-plate immersion heaters provide an industrial heating solution combining efficiency and installation flexibility. Designed for bottom-of-tank installation, they deliver a large heat exchange surface while minimizing tank space usage.

Technical Specifications

• Power: Available from 0.5 kW to 15 kW (particularly suitable up to 6 kW).
• Materials: Metal frame with coating options PP, PVDF, PFA or uncoated stainless steel.
• Mounting: Designed for bottom-mounted installation with stable feet (standard foot height 50 mm).
• Heating cable: Insulated with PFA fluoropolymer.

• Cable extension — power cable C of type HO5 VV-F or HO7 RN-F; separate non-heating cable N for tank outlet.
• Removable perforated protector for A (PP ref: PRPPP, PVDF ref: PRPPF) — protects the heater from mechanical shock and prevents direct contact.
• PP or PVDF feet for tank bottom installation (standard height 50 mm) — PP ref.: PIPP, PVDF ref.: PIPF.
