Overview
Galvatherm® flat-type immersion heaters, D-mount, are specifically designed for tank bottom applications and for lower power outputs, starting from 0.5 kW. Their all-plastic design ensures a minimal footprint, conforming to the oval shape of the heating element, making them particularly suitable for up to 6 kW. The non-heating cable extends perpendicularly from the heating element.

Technical Specifications

• Power: from 0.5 kW, ideal up to 6 kW.
• Materials: PFA fluoropolymer-insulated heating cable; wound and held in place by a flexible PVDF, PP or FEP tape armature.
• Installation: unheated outlet available on short (J) and long (K) sides; non-heating cable extends perpendicularly.

• Removable Protector for D: perforated plastic protector available in PP or PVDF. PP ref: PRPPP; PVDF ref: PRPPF.
• Feet for D: feet in PP or PVDF for installation at the bottom of the tank (standard height 50 mm). PP ref: PIPP; PVDF ref: PIPF.
