Description

Overview
  • TPF series flush-diaphragm pressure transducers based on bonded strain gauge on stainless steel technology.
  • Designed for measurement in high-viscosity, thick or particle-laden media where sensors with internal measuring chambers are unsuitable.
  • Non-amplified ratiometric mV/V output for applications requiring a low-level transducer signal.

  • Measuring ranges: 0…10 to 0…1000 bar (0…150 to 0…15000 psi)
  • Accuracy: ±0.2% FSO typical (model dependent); ±0.5% option for some ranges
  • Ingress protection: IP65 / IP67
  • Wetted parts: 17-4PH stainless steel (flush measuring diaphragm)
  • Operating temperature: -40…+120 °C
  • Internal calibration signal provided
  • Multiple electrical and pressure connection options (e.g. G-M18x1.5, M 1/2" G male; 6/7-pole connectors, M12, shielded cable)

  • Pressure measurement in viscous or contaminated fluids (oils, rubbers, pulps, dense chemical products)
  • Industrial processes requiring a flush diaphragm to avoid media clogging or accumulation
  • Installations where an unamplified mV/V sensor output is specified for downstream electronics

  • Product is supplied as a non-amplified mV/V transducer; external amplification or signal conditioning may be required by the system integrator.
  • Several mechanical, electrical and range variants are available; select the configuration to match the application.
