Overview The ILK series are hydraulic‑transmission pressure transmitters with IO‑Link digital output, designed for high‑temperature melt applications including molten sodium/potassium (NAK). Mercury‑free construction and high‑temperature diaphragm options allow operation at very high process temperatures. PLd and SIL2 approvals make the ILK suitable for functional safety applications.
Main features- IO‑Link digital output (Industry 4.0 ready) providing diagnostic and auxiliary data
- Pressure ranges: 0–35 to 0–1000 bar (0–500 to 0–15000 psi)
- Accuracy: < ±0.25% FS (H); < ±0.5% FS (M)
- Standard process connections: 1/2‑20 UNF and M18x1.5
- Diaphragm options: Inconel 718 with GTP+ coating (up to 538°C); 15‑5 PH with GTP+ (up to 400°C); Hastelloy C276 (up to 300°C)
- Rangeability: 3:1; Auto‑zero function available
- Functional safety: PLd and SIL2 approvals
- Hydraulic pressure transmission; mercury‑free design for very high process temperatures
Applications / Use- High‑temperature melt pressure measurement (e.g. molten sodium/potassium — NAK)
- Process control and safety loops requiring IO‑Link diagnostics and SIL2/PLd compliance
- High‑temperature processes where diaphragm material selection is critical
