Short description
The ASX extraction arm is ATEX‑compliant for safe extraction of flammable gases, fumes and dust in explosive atmospheres. It features an external PUR hose with copper‑spiral grounding, three stable joints and two swivel points for accurate positioning, and a wall bracket enabling 270° rotation. Hood diameters range from Ø80 to Ø200 mm; lengths 2, 3 or 4 m, extendable to 9 m with an extension arm. Suitable for solvents, fuel vapours and dusts from food and pharmaceutical processes.

Product information
The ASX arm uses an external PUR hose that is lightweight, durable and antistatic; grounding is provided by a copper spiral. The arm is double‑grounded with total resistance below 10 kΩ to meet safety requirements. Three stable joints and two flexible swivel points ensure precise and repeatable positioning. The wall‑mounted bracket allows 270° rotation to adapt to confined or complex layouts. Available hood diameters are Ø80, Ø100, Ø125, Ø150 and Ø200 mm; larger hoods include an integrated ergonomic handle. Hoods are finished in powder‑coated yellow (RAL1007). Length configurations are 2, 3 or 4 m, and reach can be extended up to 9 m using the extension arm. Typical applications include extraction of solvents, fuel vapours and dust generated in food and pharmaceutical processes.
