Short description
The GeoFilter GFX2 is an ATEX-compliant dust filter unit designed for handling explosive dust in industrial environments. Constructed in galvanised steel and certified for Zones 21 and 22. Self-cleaning via pneumatic diaphragm valves and filtration efficiency up to 99.9% at 0.3 microns. Single-unit capacity up to 7,200 m³/h; multiple units can be combined for up to 28,800 m³/h. Delivered complete with ATEX control panel, explosion membrane, spark-proof filter cartridges, ATEX-certified shot valves and a 25 L collection bucket. Outdoor installation is not recommended due to the risk of condensation.

Product information
The GeoFilter GFX2 is a modular, industrial-grade filter unit intended for indoor use in hazardous dust atmospheres. The unit features a built-in timer-controlled pneumatic diaphragm self-cleaning system; a pressure-based cleaning option is available. Typical pressure drop ranges from 1,000 to 1,500 Pa. Units can be connected in parallel to increase total airflow capacity. The product is supplied ready for installation with complete ATEX documentation, certificates and user manual.
