Description The Geovent ASX extraction arm is ATEX-compliant for extraction of flammable gases, fumes and dust in explosive atmospheres. Built for precise positioning in demanding industrial environments, the arm combines external support arms, a lightweight swivel hose and multiple articulation points to ensure controlled, ergonomic handling.

Product information The ASX arm is designed to meet ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and is suitable for extraction of flammable media such as solvent vapors, dusts from food and pharmaceutical processes, and fuel vapors. The external PUR hose is lightweight and antistatic; hose grounding is provided by a copper spiral and the arm features double grounding with resistance below 10 kΩ. The kinematic layout includes three stable joints and two flexible swivel points for precise positioning. A rotatable wall bracket provides 270° coverage. Hoods are finished in yellow RAL1007 (powder coating); larger hood sizes have integrated handles. Lengths available: 2,000 mm, 3,000 mm or 4,000 mm, extendable up to 9,000 mm with extension arm.
