Application
This series chargers are designed with a sealed structure. Suitable for flooded lead-acid batteries, sealed lead acid batteries, lithium batteries, Ni-MH batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, etc. They are used for cycle charging or floating charging of battery packs in electric bumper cars, sightseeing vehicles, patrol vehicles, forklifts, floor scrubbers, AGV, ships and similar equipment.

Protection Functions

• Burnout Protection: If charger temperature exceeds the limit, charging power is reduced. If environment temperature exceeds 65°C, the charger stops charging and switches to standby until temperature drops.
• Protection for Reverse Connection of Batteries: Internal circuit shuts down when batteries are connected in reverse to prevent damage to the charger.
• No-load Protection: No output when batteries are not connected.
• Short Circuit Protection: Internal circuit shuts down when output is short-circuited; charger restarts only after troubleshooting and restart.
• Automatic shutdown when fully charged: Charging stops automatically when the charger determines the battery is fully charged.
