Product overview
The VT-1200W series are sealed, waterproof battery chargers designed for a wide range of lead‑acid and rechargeable chemistries, including LiFePO4. They support both cycle charging and float charging for battery banks used onboard vessels and in industrial mobile equipment.

Typical applications include marine vessels (boats, yachts, workboats), AGV and material handling, forklifts, floor scrubbers, patrol and sightseeing vehicles, and other battery-powered systems where a sealed, waterproof charger is required.

Protection functions

• Overtemperature / burnout protection: charger reduces load if internal temperature rises; charging stops and enters standby if ambient temperature exceeds 65℃ until temperature drops.
• Reverse connection protection: internal circuitry shuts down if batteries are connected with reversed polarity to prevent damage.
• No‑load protection: no output when batteries are not connected.
• Short‑circuit protection: output shuts down on short circuit; charger restarts only after fault clearance and reset.
• Automatic cutoff when fully charged: charger detects full charge and stops charging automatically.
