Overview
This sealed 2000W charger series is designed for industrial battery systems and supports flooded lead-acid, sealed lead-acid, lithium, Ni-MH and Ni-Cd chemistries. It provides cycle or float charging for battery packs used in electric bumper cars, sightseeing vehicles, patrol vehicles, forklifts, floor scrubbers, AGVs, ships and similar equipment.

Protection functions

• Over-temperature / burnout protection: output power reduces when internal temperature rises; charging halts if ambient temperature exceeds 65°C until cooled.
• Reverse-connection protection: internal circuitry shuts down on reverse battery connection to prevent damage.
• No-load protection: no output when batteries are disconnected.
• Short-circuit protection: charger shuts down on short circuit and restarts only after fault clearance and manual reset/restart.
• Automatic full-charge stop: charging stops automatically when battery is detected fully charged.
