Overview
The VT-300W series are sealed-structure battery chargers designed for industrial applications. They support flooded lead-acid, sealed lead-acid, Li-ion, LiFePO4, Ni-MH and Ni-Cd chemistries and can operate in cycle-charge or float-charge modes. Typical applications include electric bumper cars, sightseeing vehicles, patrol vehicles, forklifts, floor scrubbers, AGV systems and small craft.

Protection Function

• Overtemperature protection: charger reduces output or stops charging when internal or ambient temperature exceeds safe limits; charging resumes automatically when temperature returns to range.
• Reverse-connection protection: internal circuitry prevents damage if batteries are connected with reversed polarity.
• No-load protection: no output when batteries are not connected.
• Short-circuit protection: output shuts down on short circuit; charger restarts only after fault clearance and reboot.
• Automatic cut-off: charging stops automatically when the charger detects the battery is fully charged.
