The MM-Tech SWT-PH3000 is a CNC butt-fusion welding machine for thermoplastic sheets. It supports horizontal circular welding and can be configured for optional 90° vertical sheet jointing. Suitable materials include PE, PP, PVC, PVDF, PC, ABS and acrylic twin-wall sheets.

Description
The SWT-PH3000 is designed for industrial applications requiring large-format sheet welding with consistent, repeatable results. Key control components include Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC and a 10-inch WEINVIEW touch display, digital pressure setting with SMC electric proportional valve, and a Teflon-coated heating plate. The machine integrates automatic sheet rolling devices, pneumatic locking clamps and remote control for the rolling-belt motor to facilitate continuous welding operations.
