Overview
The MM-Tech SWT-PH4000 is an industrial butt-welding machine for thermoplastic sheets (PE, PP, PVC, PVDF, PC, ABS, acrylic). It supports horizontal circular welding and, optionally, 90° vertical jointing for large-format and twin-wall panels.

Short description
Designed for industrial applications such as chemical processing, ventilation, water and wastewater treatment, the SWT-PH4000 provides repeatable, high-precision welds for sheets up to 4000 mm working width. Typical weldable thickness ranges from 3 to 50 mm for solid sheets and up to 80 mm for hollow/twin-wall panels. The system integrates CNC control, automatic clamping and sheet rolling options to streamline production of large thermoplastic assemblies.
