Overview
This welding and bending machine is designed for processing thermoplastic sheets (PE, PP, PVC, PVDF, PC, ABS, Acrylic). It supports horizontal circular welding, flat welding, roll bending and single-sheet bending from 0° to 95°. The unit is intended for fabricating tanks, ducts and structural components where an integrated, space-efficient system is required.

MM-Tech SWT-PZ1500
The MM-Tech SWT-PZ1500 is engineered for precise, repeatable processing of thermoplastic panels up to 1500 mm working width. Integrated functions include flat welding, 5°–95° sheet bending and roll bending in a single all-in-one machine. Control is via Mitsubishi/SIEMENS PLC with digital temperature regulation and a 10" WEINVIEW display. Key components include an SMC proportional valve for pressure control, DuPont Teflon-coated heating plate and pneumatic multi-point clamps for stable positioning.
