Description

Product description
This laboratory micro molecular distillation apparatus is designed for distilling small quantities of high‑boiling‑point substances under high vacuum. It is intended for controlled separation and collection of lower‑boiling fractions using an external circulating cooling unit (AB25F-2) and a finger condenser (C).

How to use
  • Place the sample in chamber A and connect the vacuum to inlet E to achieve the required pressure.
  • Start circulation of coolant through AB25F-2 and the finger condenser C to ensure efficient condensation.
  • Introduce the heating medium into chamber B and apply heat to vaporize the volatile fraction of the sample.
  • Vapour condenses on finger condenser C and the condensate flows into receiver D for collection.

Components / designation
  • A: sample container
  • B: heating medium chamber (for volatile heating medium)
  • C: finger condenser (condensation element)
  • D: receiver (condensate collection)
  • E: vacuum inlet (connection point for vacuum line)
  • AB25F-2: external circulating cooling unit (coolant circulation for condenser)
