Fractional distillation apparatuses designed to separate components of liquid mixtures with closely spaced boiling points. Suitable for laboratory R&D, pilot plants and industrial processes. Configurable with packed or non‑packed columns according to process requirements.

Design and options
Available with packed columns using the standard SUSnet packing or with non‑packed columns. Alternative packings can be supplied on request. Column diameters, heights and internal configurations are offered in multiple sizes to match throughput and separation targets.

Performance data and sizing
Packed columns have calculated theoretical stages. We provide design charts correlating operating load and theoretical stages to determine the required column configuration. Multiple theoretical stage options and column size combinations are available to meet process specifications.
