OverviewThe spinning cone column is a glass pilot unit designed to extract low‑boiling aroma components from natural raw materials. It processes 1–10 t/h of raw material and concentrates aqueous samples approximately 10×. The glass construction allows visual monitoring during laboratory testing and pilot runs. It accepts slurry samples containing solids and supports continuous batch operation for multiple successive batches.
Basic constructionPrinciple: Extraction of volatile active ingredients by countercurrent contact with steam or nitrogen gas. Samples can be slurries containing solids.
