Description

The spiral mixers – type KF are suitable for the processing of dough for bakery.

• Painted steel structure
• Independent motors for bowl and spiral
• Belt drives
• Manual working cycle or automatic in two speeds to set by means of two timers (one for each speed) placed on the control board
• Possibility to reverse the bowl rotation in both speeds
• Stainless steel bowl with reinforced edge
• Spiral, central shaft and safety guard protection are manufactured in stainless steel
• Low voltage electrical system (24V) with automatic protection system
• Machine is mounted on wheels and fixed with support feet
• The spiral geometry, the shape of the bowl and the central shaft allow the processing of small quantities of dough
