Description

APPLICATION
Applied to biological, pharmaceutical, food, beverage and chemical environmental protection industries.

PROCESS PRINCIPLE
The permeation membrane is used as the separation medium. A driving force is applied across the membrane so that selected components from the feed side permeate through the membrane for separation and purification.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW
  • Laboratory type LABGENI® MSE-1812 (manual) mainly used for separation and purification by UF, NF and RO; applicable to filtration, decolorization, desalination, purification and concentration
  • Membrane selection is based on molecular weight/particle size; capable of separating from ≈0.03 μm to molecular-weight ranges (down to ≈100 Dalton)
  • Advantages: easy cleaning and maintenance, high operational flexibility
