Process principleCeramic membrane filtration separation technology is a liquid separation process in the form of “cross-flow filtration”. The raw material liquid flows at a high speed in the membrane tube, the clarified permeate containing small molecular components passes through the membrane perpendicular to the pressure, and the turbid concentrate containing macromolecular components is retained, achieving separation, concentration and purification.
Features- Can withstand high temperatures, suitable for filtration in high-temperature processes; chemically stable
- High mechanical strength, wide pH tolerance (acid and alkali resistance), resistant to organic solvents and strong oxidants
- Long service life, low overall equipment cost and high cost performance
- High concentration multiples, reducing water usage and wastewater discharge
- Membrane module can be sterilized with high-temperature steam, suitable for sterilizing filtration
Classification(tubular ceramic membranes are used across microfiltration, ultrafiltration and fine ultrafiltration ranges)
ABOUT TAMI TUBULAR CERAMIC MEMBRANEThe tubular ceramic membrane (imported) is made of high-purity materials; multiple geometric shapes meet different user needs. Tubular ceramic membranes can be applied to microfiltration, ultrafiltration and fine ultrafiltration.
