Product introduction
Designed for industrial size reduction and recycling, the double shaft shredder (D series) handles bulky, voluminous and contaminated solids such as e‑waste, metal, wood, plastics, tires, drums and pallets. Shredded output can be fed directly to next processing steps or used for densification to reduce transport costs.

D series description
The D series features two counter-rotating rotors operating at low speed for high torque and reduced noise. The unit is driven by motor + reducer and controlled via PLC (Siemens microcomputer control) for automatic start/stop and automatic reverse to protect against overload and jamming. The shredding chamber is designed for easy maintenance and full-shaft removal (rotor, blades, bearings, seals).
