The F series four-shaft shredder is a modular, industrial shredding unit designed for reliable size reduction of diverse waste and scrap streams. It features repairable special-alloy cutting blades, dual-motor drive with heavy-duty planetary gearboxes and PLC-based electrical control with touch-screen interface and video monitoring.

Cutting principle
Material is shredded between four counter-rotating shafts and discharged through a screen mesh that controls the particle size. Material smaller than the screen openings exits; oversize pieces are guided back by the main and auxiliary knives for repeated cutting until they pass through the sieve.
