Working principleThe machine uses a rotating shaft with multiple movable blades and stationary blades fixed to the housing. The slow-rotating shaft repeatedly cuts and compresses material, pushing it forward under pressure. Material is rolled, kneaded and ground inside the chamber, then extruded through elongated discharge slots. An outlet scraper performs secondary cutting to ensure uniform, fine particles. Discharge slot settings allow control of final particle size.
