Overview
Heavy-duty D Series double shaft shredder engineered for size reduction and volume control of bulky, contaminated or mixed solid wastes across industrial sectors. Suitable for E-waste, metal, wood, plastics, tires, drums, pallets and similar materials. Shredded output can be used directly or processed further to increase bulk density and reduce transport costs.

Double Shaft Shredder Introduction
The D Series is designed for a wide range of applications. Its two counter-rotating rotors work at low speed with high torque to cut, tear and compress materials that are difficult to process in single-shaft systems. The machine is suitable for recycling, waste management and pre-processing lines where reliable size reduction of bulky items is required.

Design and Operation
The machine features two rotors driven at low RPM through gear reducers to deliver high torque with low noise. PLC control (Siemens-level) handles automated start/stop and reverse; overload and jam sensors protect the drivetrain. The rotor and motor connection via reducer ensures stable slow-speed shredding and reduced mechanical stress.
