Overview
The Fullauto StrainEye LSM-9002LE is a fully automatic 2D polarimetric measurement system that determines phase retardation and the direction of the slow axis across transparent samples exhibiting birefringence or strain. A built-in CCD captures the entire measurement area and the system computes retardation and slow-axis orientation on a pixel-by-pixel basis, producing objective, repeatable maps displayed immediately on the monitor. The automated workflow eliminates operator-dependent analyzer rotation and visual judgment required by conventional Senarmont methods.
