LSM-1000LE visualizes internal stress and birefringence in transparent materials using polarization techniques. It supports analysis of optical axis direction and quantification of retardation when used with a sensitive tint plate or a 1/4 wavelength plate. Designed for inspection of sheet glass edges and small glass or plastic components, the unit is compact and lightweight; an AC adapter is included as standard.
