Overview
Strain distribution patterns observed in photoelastic images remain unchanged when a transparent glass or plastic sample on the stage is rotated within the plane. The compact LSM-2200LE is designed for inspection of relatively small products and parts such as halogen lamps, lenses and prisms. The specimen can be inspected while being held by hand. The analyzer is mounted at an inclined angle to allow continuous use while seated, facilitating inspection workflow in departments where all products must be examined.
