The MAG4 5-axis horizontal machining center is engineered for high-productivity aerospace machining of large, complex aluminum monolithic structures. It offers increased X and Y travels and a larger pallet compared with MAG3 models, enabling five-sided access for large structural components such as wing ribs. The MAG4 integrates a 33,000 rpm, 130 kW spindle with rapid acceleration and through-spindle coolant to maximize material removal rates and minimize setup frequency.
