Stepclair N is an anti-slip drainage plank designed for industrial use on operator platforms, walkways, stair treads and as scaffolding planks. The open profile ensures rapid drainage and high slip resistance (R13; R12 for stainless steel). Available materials include raw/hot-dip galvanised steel (DD11), Sendzimir galvanised steel (DX51), aluminium (AIMg3) and stainless steel (1.4301).

• Materials & sheet thicknesses: DD11 steel 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 mm; DX51 Sendzimir steel 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 mm; Aluminium AIMg3 2.5 / 3.0 mm; Stainless steel 1.4301 2.0 mm.
• Anti-slip class: R13 (R12 for stainless steel 1.4301).
• Preferred widths (mm): 182, 240, 298, 330, 356 (variable).
• Preferred heights (mm): 40, 50, 75, 100 (other heights on request).
• Maximum length: 6,030 mm; length divider: 45 mm.
• Special sizes or materials available on request. All dimensions in mm.

Accessories / Fixings

• BPR Flange: Clamp connection with cage nut and M8 countersunk head bolt.
• BPR Plastic grommet with recessed hole: Upper fixing component for all Stepclair and Airstep versions.
• BPR Cast metal washer with recessed hole: Upper fixing component for Formstep N and Formstep 06, and for Stepclair and Airstep versions.
• BPR Fast fixing: Clamp connection with M8 countersunk head bolt.
• BPR Universal clamp: Cast metal clamp for assembly from below; available in several versions.
