The PAMA family of raviolator machines, expands with the new born: ®RAVIOLUTION.
Its particularity lies in the customization of the individual format of ravioli and/ or stuffed pasta. This means that we can vary any parameter for each individual format, thus making the product unique and repeatable through the recipe book, which we can store in the latest generation Touch-Screen Control Panel with 7″ color screen.
The ®RAVIOLUTION is also placed in automatic lines, with heat treatment machines such as pasteurizers, coolers and automatic packaging machines in ATM.
Machine *Patented for the production of ravioli formed on tape and other types of stuffed pasta (tortelloni, fagottini, culurgiones, empanadas, pierogi) in one or two sheets with filling at the center of the ravioli
Composed of:
• 2 Independent rolling units, mounted on bearings, for sheet width mm 250
• Thickness of sheet adjustable
• Rolling speed adjustable by inverter
• Continuous or intermittent pneumatic filling device on the sheet (sac à poche type), with synchronization of filling centering
• Volumetric pump with hopper for filling, based on ricotta or meat, also of larger particle size (5/6 mm) and for fatty fillings
• Training group with interchangeable moulds consisting of a double or single sheet ravioli mould, useful for the production of large ravioli with manual closing on tape
• Control panel with electronic control via PLC and 7″ color Touch-Screen operator panel for:
• Memorize recipes,
• adjusting the speed of rolling rollers
