Overview
The IBP PEDRAZZOLI SUPER BROWN 350/60 SA Semi-automatic Circular Saw with rapid clamping and removable anti-burr jaw features a continuous speed variator for cutting all metals.

FEATURES

• Three phase (230V 50Hz or 400V 50Hz) with blade speed variator.
• Mechanism for the rotation of head block for angled cuts up to 60° left and 45° right with blocking lever.
• Pneumatic vice with removable anti-burr device.

MAINS FEATURES

• All main machine components are in cast iron. Very robust structure: it reduces resonance and vibrations during cutting cycle.
• Worm drive gearbox with clutch. Prevents blade breaking if the blade jams during the cutting cycle.
• Blade speed variator. Allows selection of blade rotation speed (15 ÷ 90 RPM) according to material (examples given: Stainless steel 20 / steel 40 / tube 70 / alloys 90).
• Blade rotation reverser. For thin-walled tubes clockwise rotation; for medium/thick walls or bar cutting use reverse rotation.
• Electric lubrication pump. Supplies continuous and constant lubrication.
• Large piece support table rotating together with head. Prevents cutting into vice base when making angled cuts and supports the cut part up to the end of cut.
• 45° right and 45-60° left cuts. Large cutting range for right and left angled cuts.
• Tilting head on adjustable self-lubricating bearings. Prevents blade seizing and allows adjustment of cutting perpendicularity over time.
• Vice with adjustable gib plate: can be positioned lengthwise along the machine base and moved left/right as required; adjustable gib plate reduces play on vice carriage movement.
• Anti-burr assembly: mechanical device sliding with vice carriage to grip the cut part and prevent burr formation.
• Blade cleaning roller (option). Removes chips from blade teeth when cutting bars and thick-walled tubes, enabling higher speed and regular advance.
• Control panel located in easily accessible position.
• FR assembly (Filter – Regulator): Filter prevents condensation reaching system valves; Regulator for adjustment of system pressure.
