PEDRAZZOLI QUALITY, REALIBILITY AND DURABILITY The IBP PEDRAZZOLI BROWN SN 300 SA is a robust semi-automatic band saw with cast iron components, designed to minimize resonance and vibrations during cutting. - Structure: Made of cast iron for robustness and reduced vibrations. - Speed: Two-speed, three-phase (400 V – 50 Hz) with other voltages available upon request. - Motor: Vertically positioned with a worm drive gearbox in an oil bath. - Support Base: Large circular base for ample support and high precision in perpendicular cutting, rotates smoothly on a ball track. - Adjustable Bow: For 90° cuts using a key on an eccentric bushing, and mechanical stops for 45° right & 45-60° left cuts. - Blade Guides: Use widia hard metal plaques and bearings on eccentric bushings. - Hydraulic Cylinder: For adjustable vice motion, positioned lengthwise along the machine base. - Vice Shoulders: Retractable and adjustable for maximum cutting capacity (330 x 150 mm at 90°) and precise alignment. - Blade Tensioning: Device ensures constant and uniform blade tension. - Lubrication Cooling: System with electric pump and adjustable taps on blade guides. - Control Panel: Easily accessible. - Blade Start Switch: Safety switch with a guard against accidental start-up, operates at low voltage. - Drive Pedal: For semiautomatic cutting cycle. - Hinged Bow Moves on supports with conical bearings. - Emergency Push Buttons: Two buttons located in front of the machine frame for greater safety. - Safety Sensor: Stops blade motion in case of band slipping or breakage.
