MAGDOS electromagnetic diaphragm dosing pumps deliver accurate chemical dosing across a wide flow range (0.5 l/h to 15 l/h) with high back-pressure capability (up to 16 bar at lower flows). The diaphragm is the pumping element actuated by an electromagnet. The design eliminates gears and rotating parts, reducing failure modes and lowering maintenance frequency. The diaphragm ensures leak-tight operation and is resistant to abrasive media.

Valve and viscosity

• Double ball valves ensure dosing accuracy for media up to 300 mPa•s
• For higher-viscosity media, spring valves are used
