Overview
MEMDOS diaphragm dosing pumps with motor drive provide precise, reliable dosing across several versions. Units feature manual or automatic regulation and are suitable for industrial chemical dosing tasks.

Performance and operating principle
Flow rates range from 4 l/h (at back pressure up to 16 bar) to 1020 l/h (with counter-pressure up to 3 bar). The pumping element is a diaphragm that ensures operational tightness and resistance to abrasive fluids. A double-diaphragm option is available to prevent uncontrolled leakage if the primary diaphragm fails.

Design and components
MEMDOS pumps use a motor-driven, electromagnet-forced diaphragm stroke. The absence of gears and rotating elements reduces failure points and lowers maintenance frequency. Wetted parts (pump head, seals, hose connectors) are offered in PVC, PP, PVDF or stainless steel 1.4571 depending on application requirements.

Flow control and valves
Capacity is adjustable from 0 to 100% with high flexibility. Standard double ball valves enable accurate dosing of media up to 300 mPa·s; for higher viscosities, spring valves are used.

Control and options
Dose size can be adjusted manually or via external pulse or 4–20 mA signal depending on model. Optional equipment includes a graphic display with multilingual menu and integrated keypad, password protection, calibration function and control of an external frequency converter. Standard motor supply is 400/230 V AC, 50 Hz; alternative AC motors are available for MEMDOS LB variants.
