Description

Overview
Membrane MEMDOS SMART dosing pumps. Thanks to the innovative drive, they enable dosing of even the smallest volumes with high accuracy. These pumps operate asynchronously, adjusting the speed of the pressing stroke to the desired dose size, enabling uniform and pulsation-free dosing. MEMDOS SMART pumps are available in four different versions depending on the functions they have.

Performance
Capacity range: from 2.4 l/h (at back pressure up to 20 bar) up to 30.7 l/h (with back pressure up to 3 bar). Even at low flow rates the pumps provide high flexibility in performance setting. Driven by a stepper motor and featuring double ball valves for precise dosing.

Fluids and valves
Designed for dosing media with viscosity up to 300 mPa•s when using double ball valves. For higher-viscosity media, spring valves are used and a special slow operation mode is provided.

Drive and control
The MEMDOS SMART pump drive is microprocessor-controlled and fully adjustable. A stepper motor with a wear-free gear rotor ensures a gentle dosing process. Depending on model, dose size can be adjusted manually by setting a percentage of capacity or by external pulse or current signal (4÷20 mA). Available with a graphic display with multilingual menu and integrated keyboard. Optionally available with an Ethernet interface enabling control of stroke frequency, number of strokes, and operating time. Pumps can send information about errors and failures; they include password protection and a calibration function.

Construction and materials
MEMDOS SMART pumps are made of metal. Pump elements in contact with the dosed medium (including head, seals, hose connectors) are available in material versions appropriate to intended use: PVC, PP, PVDF and stainless steel 1.4571. The pumping element is a membrane, ensuring system tightness during operation and resistance to abrasive media.
