Overview
DPP-270Max high-speed blister packing machine is designed for industrial packaging lines in pharmaceutical, food and chemical sectors. It forms and seals blister packs for tablets, capsules and cartridge-type products, combining automation and repeatable sealing quality to support high-volume production.

Feeding & Compatibility
The machine accepts tablets and capsules for aluminum-plastic and aluminum-aluminum blister materials. Replacing the feeder and mold converts the machine for different formats. A brush feeder offers universal compatibility for alu-plastic; a guide-rail feeder supports both alu-plastic and alu-alu with higher speed and improved feeding accuracy.

Operation principle
The machine heats, forms and seals plastic and aluminum layers to create individual sealed pockets, ensuring product protection and hygienic packaging.
