Description

Overview
The RD-BCP-350 blister card packing machine produces blister-on-card retail packages by thermoforming PVC/PET film into cavities, loading products, and heat-sealing pre-printed cards to the blister flange to create tamper-evident, hangable retail units.

Application / Typical use
Designed for consumer items such as batteries, toothbrushes, razors, scissors, small hardware and similar products that require visibility, protection and hanging-display capability.

Process summary
  • Thermoforming: PVC/PET film is heated and formed into blister cavities.
  • Die-cutting / pick-up: Individual blister trays are separated and picked for loading.
  • Product loading: Components placed into cavities by vibratory feeders or robotic arms (vision-guided for irregular items).
  • Card feeding: Pre-printed cards with heat-seal adhesive are fed and aligned over filled blisters.
  • Heat sealing: Controlled heat and pressure bond the card flange to the blister creating a tamper-evident seal.
  • Hanging hole punching: Optional Euro-slot or round hole punching for retail display.
  • Finished output: Die-cut cards are stacked or conveyed to secondary packaging.

  • Automatic Card Feeding Station: magazine-style feeding with vacuum separation and precise positioning.
  • Heat Sealing Station: pulse heating or HF welding with PID temperature control.
  • Hanging Hole Punching Station: mechanical or laser punching synchronized to line speed.
  • Finished Product Output: automatic stacking, robotic pick-and-place or conveyor transfer; PLC coordination.
