Product overviewThe DPP-270S ketchup blister packing machine automates thermoforming, filling and heat-sealing of PVC/PET blister packs for liquid and semi-solid food products. Film is unwound, heated and formed by positive-pressure thermoforming (optional secondary molding up to 30 mm). A selectable precision filling system (plunger/piston, ceramic or peristaltic pump) doses viscous products such as ketchup, sauces or honey. An aluminum foil cover is heat-sealed to provide hermetic packs. The integrated PLC manages forming, dosing, sealing and cutting to ensure stable high-speed operation and food-grade hygiene compliance.
