Automated deblistering machine for removal and recovery of tablets and capsules from blister packs in pharmaceutical production and packaging lines. Designed to handle Alu‑PVC and Alu‑Alu blister formats while preserving product integrity.

Process Flow
  • Blister pack feeding: Operator or automatic feeder supplies blister packs; machine accepts multiple sizes and formats.
  • Positioning and alignment: Precision alignment positions sealed cavities for accurate extraction without contact damage.
  • Separation and product extraction: Rollers, pins or punches press the blister cavities (typically from the plastic side) to eject tablets/capsules through the foil backing.
  • Product collection: Extracted units are directed to a collection tray or container for inspection or reprocessing.
